In-home sitting is reserved primarily for our active recurring walking clients. We want to ensure we know your pet well before staying overnight. If you're a regular walking client (minimum 2 walks per week), sitting services are available to you.
We use secure lockboxes and encrypted digital access codes. Keys are never labeled with identifying information and are stored securely when not in use. We take home security extremely seriously — a one-time $60 lockbox fee applies if you need one set up.
We use a team-based approach with primary caregiver assignments. Your pet will have a primary walker who handles most visits, with a trained backup who knows your pet's routine. Specific caregiver requests are available for an additional fee.
No — all walks are private, one-on-one experiences. Your dog gets our walker's full attention for the entire visit. We believe this provides a safer, more personalized experience.
Your pet's safety always comes first. During extreme heat, cold, or storms, we adjust to a brief potty break plus indoor enrichment — mental stimulation, play, and quality time inside. You'll always be notified of any weather adjustments.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Your first two late cancellations are complimentary — after that, a cancellation fee applies. We understand life happens, and we try to be as flexible as possible.
We serve Houston's 610 Loop exclusively: Downtown & Midtown (77002), Galleria / Uptown (77056, 77057), Montrose (77006, 77098), River Oaks (77019, 77027), Tanglewood (77056), The Heights (77007, 77008), and West University (77005).
Yes! Specific caregiver requests are available for an additional fee. We do our best to accommodate preferences while maintaining reliable coverage for your pet's schedule.
